Chiropractor Coach Frequently Asked Questions
What is a chiropractor coach?
I am a Certified Professional Coach who works with enterprising chiropractors who want to develop exceptional practices.
What can a coach do for my chiropractor practice?
A chiropractor coach works closely with you to help you set a goal for your practice, help you create a plan to turn that goal into an accomplishment and then keep you accountable along the way.
Is a coach expensive?
Having a chiropractor coach is not expensive. Fees for coaches vary greatly. I set my fee based on a number of factors. I have a program for almost every budget. A coach is an investment in your practice that will pay dividends for years to come.
How can I find a chiropractor coach?
As a chiropractor you do not need another chiropractor as a coach. In fact, that may be exactly what you don’t need. The job of a coach is not to tell you “how I used to do it.” A chiropractor coach uses coaching skills, not chiropractor skills to help you build an exceptional practice. Contact me and I will give you a complimentary session. You can learn how coaching works and see if it we are a good fit.
Is coaching confidential?
Whether I am being a chiropractor coach, or a coach for any other business, all of our work together is confidential. I do not disclose the names of my clients to anyone, unless granted permission. What we discuss is just between us. If you wish to share that information with others, you may do so.
What is professional coaching?
Professional coaching is forming a working relationship between the coach and the client that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. The coach works with the client to discover and clarify what the client wants to accomplish, come up with client-generated solutions, plans and strategies and then holds the client accountable and responsible for carrying them out.
Is coaching affordable?
Coaching is an investment. It is not money you are spending without intending to see a return on that investment. Most people who use a coach find that they have made a wise investment. Chiropractor coaching is no different. You are going to get a good return on your investment if you take it seriously. Compared to the money you invested to become a chiropractor, having a chiropractor coach can be a great investment.
Should I choose a chiropractor as a coach?
I am a Certified Professional Coach. I am trained in how to make my chiropractor coaching clients develop exceptional practices. The important skills I have are not being a chiropractor, those are your skills. My skills as a chiropractor coach are aimed at helping you develop your practice. I do not coach you on how to make adjustments. That is not what my clients are looking for. My coaching clients want to take their practice to the next level. That’s is what I help them do. It doesn’t take another chiropractor to do that. It takes a chiropractor coach who is used to achieving exceptional results.
How do I start with a chiropractor coach?
The best way to start is to reach out to a chiropractor coach and have a conversation about what you want to accomplish. I insist on having a session with prospective clients to see if they are comfortable with coaching and with me. I also want to see if they meet my criteria. I do not accept every applicant. A chiropractor has to be serious about developing an exceptional practice before I work with them. Being a chiropractor coach is something I take very seriously. If a chiropractor does not take his or her career as seriously, we are not a good fit. If you would be interested in a conversation about how having a chiropractor coach can pay off for you, contact me.
